  • Repairs / Replacements
    If you receive a damaged item, contact us as soon as possible! All our shipments are insured. If you have accidentally damaged an item, contact us to see if it can be repaired. If so, we'll provide you with a cost estimate. Single replacements earrings can be made for lost earrings if the materials and gemstones are available. Contact us to inquire.
  • Shipping
    We want your experience to be luxurious from beginning to end. We are pleased to offer free regular shipping on all items. All orders are shipped by FedEx from the New York metro area. "Ready to Ship" items will ship in 5-7 business days. For "Ready to Order" items, please allow 2 additional weeks for production. For "Made to Order" products, please allow 6-8 weeks for production from the date of your finalized design. If you require expedited shipping just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
  • Returns / Exchanges
    We want you to be delighted with your jewelry. We are happy to exchange unworn read-to-ship pieces for store credit. Unfortunately, since we are a small business and all our pieces are crafted by hand, any made-to-order items are final sale. Exchange items must be returned in unworn condition within 21 business days of the original order. Once we have received the returned items, we'll issue you a coupon code in the amount of the exchanged item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Resizing
    Most rings and bracelets can be resized. The fee for resizing starts at $150. Contact us to inquire.
  • Variations
    All of our jewelry is made of genuine gold, sterling silver, and natural gemstones. Because each piece is made by hand and due to the organic nature of gemstones, slight variations from the website images may be expected.
